Saturday 10 & Sunday 11 April : 10am - 4pm

Saltwell Park Show is a free family event.


Its spring time again (yeeehaaa) so, chase away those winter blues and join the springtime celebrations in Saltwell Park. You can see displays from horticultural societies, flower arranging and animals from Bill Quay Community Farm amongst many others. Also featuring street theatre and various workshops for children so there is something for the whole family.

Gateshead Council are running a free park and ride running every 15 minutes from Gateshead Civic Centre.

Mini-beast Modeltastic - Saltwell Park Gateshead

Time : 12noon - 2.30pm

Come to Saltwell Park and carve out your own piece of land and create the perfect garden for this spring's minibeasts.
An afternoon of modeling magic that's ideal for the kids (And adults - we know who you are) ;o)

This event will take place at the Saltwell Park Training Centre (next to Bowling Green)

You need to book tickets for this event* which are £2 per person.
Age Range:     6 yrs +
